#2 My TouchScreen doesn’t work after flashing, now what?
In order to get the proper TS driver:
1. Get here the file WM8850 FWC Files + FMAKER
2. Extract the contents to a temporary directory
3. Open the FWC file, see the “TOUCH name” parameter, make sure the one you will use to flash differs from the last one:
3a. If TS with a FWC fails, check what the TS value is in the FWC file by opening it with notepad.
example: <TOUCH name=”RTP7_VT1609_DPT” />
3b. Try the next FWC file in the directory, but first check if this one doesn’t has the same TOUCH driver, if so, skip it, until you find a FWC with another TOUCH driver.

#3 How do I flash this firmware?
1. Extract the contents of the downloaded file to your SD
2a. IMPORTANT, you must have the original firmware for your tablet. Copy the .FWC prefixed with a “+” sign from the firmwareinstallconfig directory to the firmwareinstallconfig directory of Uberoid. Remove the existing “+” prefixed FWC file. The tablet should have no problems with touchscreen etc.
2b. If you do not have the original firmware for your tablet you could end up trying all listed models, or lookup your model, and see if the model is already on the list, prefix the MODELNAME FWC file in config with a “+” sign, make sure no other FWC is prefixed, and flash.

1. Start CHANGER.BAT
2. Insert SD card in your computer
3. Run option 1 “Prepare SD for flashing”
4. Boot tablet with SD inserted
5. The SD has a procedure on it for dumping ENV.BIN, run Step 2
6. In FirmwareInstallchanger_files a txt version of your current configuration is present
7. Lookup your model in the txt file (ENV_20122412_1230_BACKUP.TXT for example)
8. Check if that model is on the support list
9. Prefix the FWC file of your model in FirmwareInstallConfig with a +
10. Remove any other existing FWC file that is prefixed with a +
11. Copy to SD (manually is preferred in this alpha version)
